Do so called back links from valuation sites such as Alexa and Outlook, and Quancast pass page rank onto a site if the site has its web site listed within these valuation sites? The person who does this backlinking advertises these as links to HIGH PR SITES of 4, 5, and 6 but when the order is delivered he says; "Note: These are valuation sites and you won't be able to see the keyword or the actual backlinks on the sites. But they WILL get meta-indexed, pinged, and will help increase your ranking" Question: Is what this person delivers any good? |

No, not at all - it's only good for getting indexed. Those backlinks are worthless, can't even really be considered backlinks.
