Adsense 160x600 Ad Unit

Hi all,

I would like to know if any of you have ever placed the Adsense 160x600 ad unit below the left navigation of any of your websites? If so, how did it perform in that location. Is it better to place that kind of ad unit in the right side-bar of a web page, instead of below the left navaigation? Please explain...

You should try it and see what works best on your site. Having said that, I've tried that size on both sides with no luck. I think people filter those out. Instead, I use the big square ads and put them right in the center of the page. It's ugly, but very effective.
