Adsense Trouble

Hi everyone,

I was looking at the Google Adsense heat map lately, but I am struggling to figure out where would "above the primary content" be, so can someone please explain where would "above the primary content" be, as referenced to by the Google Adsense heat map (i.e., the very dark orange shaded area in the center of the heat map). Would that area be between an article title, and the body of an article, like where this 729x90 leaderboard is located at the article directory page here:
