I am getting good number of clicks in report on statcounter.com ,but google is not counting clicks ,like in 20 clicks it counts only one ,I am getting most of my traffic from facebook,Is that necessary to get traffic from search engines to get a click count

Common. Google only counts what it feels is valid clicks. Others will count anything and everything remotely resembling a click or a perceived click, which are caused by many things, even clicks that are nearby, mouse overs, etc. People click on various places of a webpage for various reasons. If it's close, over, nearby, etc., it may be looked upon as a click on the ad. You can click on an ad without clicking on the title. Google will not count those, others will. Some clowns think they are clever and will cut and paste the url. You can click all over the ad but will not get a real click unless you click on the title, visit the page, and stay there for a "valid" amount of time. What happens if I want to click the ad, but miss the title? Click on the wrong part, until I figure it out? Hate to say it, but there are some people who don't know to click the title. Some may just have bad aim. I know I have clicked on some ads on some sites by mistake, due to placement and the way I like scrolling. Very quickly click back. I'm not saying google is perfect, but they are more right than statcounter as far as real clicks. It is in google's best interest of their paying customers to nail down a real click, and be as fair as they can with you. Paul |

| in many case, google some time treat repeated click as fraud click ( usually comes from forum, social media), so i recommend you in case you deal with adsense business you should focus in traffic come from search engine( natural traffic ) because it converts well!
