Yo, I have been slowly building my knowledge on the topic of backlinks. I see so many horrendously worded plugs for backlink building services and the likes and something about the ameature nature of these ‘service providers’ makes me think that a strong collection of Backlinks is achievable on my own. I’ve come up with a few questions (no, I’m not going to ask how/where do you build backlinks). Is it worthwhile re-enforcing your backlinking articles and posts on other websites by building your own backlinks to them? Is it an issue to use the same backlinking sites to place multiple backlinks to different topics on your site or to a number of your sites / articles / comments wherever they are located? In the hopes of achieving a well defined site map and a google ‘sitelink’ search result format; should I be repeating my link building process for each of the subtopics of my sites? Sorry to be asking such naive questions. |

Sounds like you have a decent foundation. Link Diversification is key for long term ranking. 1 Yes def build links to your backlinks. i.e. article sites, web20 sites, posts on other blogs etc.... 2 Depends on the site but if you can grab a handful from different posts on the site rather then one sitewide link go for the posts. 3 Yes repeat when necessary. Always keep building and linking, don't get stale. Hope that helps a bit and it sounds like you are on the right track! |

yes I too agree that you should build backlinks to your backlinks to increase the link power and indexation rate.

| Is it worthwhile re-enforcing your backlinking articles and posts on other websites by building your own backlinks to them? A definite Yes. It is worth the time and effort building your own backlinks to reinforce existing backlinking efforts. Is it an issue to use the same backlinking sites to place multiple backlinks to different topics on your site or to a number of your sites / articles / comments wherever they are located? Always look for a wide array of different sites to get backlinks to your site. Domain diversity is very important factor. Make sure the backlinks are relevant topically. For example, if you have a stop dog barking site, it is best to get backlinks from other dog related niche sites. In the hopes of achieving a well defined site map and a google ‘sitelink’ search result format; should I be repeating my link building process for each of the subtopics of my sites? Google Sitelinks are generated by Google algorithm if Google thinks it is relevant. Normally if your site has been around for a while and has different unique categories, then sitelinks can be generated. It is not dependent on user efforts. Best Raviv |
