Outsourcing SEO for french language sites

Many of my clients have french / english bilingual sites... with a more heavy focus on the french speaking market.

Sofar most of the SEO tasks I do for them are handled by me. That is when it involves french content (articles, writing descriptions and content for video marketing, blog posts, ...etc).

I need to outsource so I can expand and free up my time.

I have used people in the Philippines, India and the US before for english content and my own sites, but am unsure where to find knowledgeable and decently-priced workers for french language sites...

Anybody has experience with this?
