Need a Career Advice

It has been two years I am in the field of internet marketing and working as a team leader in the internet marketing firm which have its own portals also.I am very much interested in my profession and it is more like a passion to me. I am also doing the certification of the web development to become the full package of web development and marketing but I have freezed my degree due to the work load and my interest in web development. I am 21 years old and I want to know where I am standing right now and where I will be if I will not get my degree after 3 or four years?

knowledge is power. If you have knowledge and skills back it up with a degree and you will never lose a job.

Overall I am satisfied by what I am doing and where I am heading, but it makes me to feel little uncomfortable when the question hits my mind, will I complete my degree? I really want to complete my studies but I am getting no time for them. I tried to carry on studies with the other duties but I felt that I am not able to do anything properly because of doing too many duties and stress. So I decided to stop the studies for a while.
