Will Google Ban All Your Websites If One Goes Down If There All On The Same Host!

I just register a new domain name with the word jcpenney in it for promoting some of there products.

Jcpenney just got in trouble with google for buying backlinks & got peninalized for doing it.

Do you think google will ban or deindex my other websites when there hosted on the
same shared server as the jcpenney website is on.

How is your name on the same server as JCPenny. I don't quite get that?

Otherwise NO you should not be penalized in this instance.

No, you shouldn't be penalized. But all of your websites that are listed in Google Webmasters Tools will be banned if one of them gets caught spamming.

It's not on there server the website with there name is registered to me
but is hosted on my shared server with all my other sites.

No, but using JCPenney in a domain name is a good way get sued by JCPenney themselves.
