Anyone Believe Google Dance Related To Some Onpage Factors????

I have many sites which I have built many kinds of backlinks to them jumping every week. Some of them are 8 months old, so I don't believe the google dance just occur on new sites.

I think Google is giving the chance to a "low quality" site to check its User Experience when a site jumping to a higher position? For example, the bounce rate, CTR of the site at that position, etc.
If it still get bad score, the rank will drop again.

I am fully confused by these sites now. I don't know when will they stop jumping.
