Default Found A Good Keyword, Whats Next?

I found a good keyword of 3 words with exact domain match.
Keyword details:

Should I hire someone to build this niche site? Or should I install wordpress with few SEO plugins and hire article writer to write 4 articles?

I think you should install Wordpress with SEO plugins and hire writers if you know what you are doing. That is the best option and the cheapest option for people, but if you do not know what you are doing, you should hire an expert. Disclaimer, experts can be very expensive.

After you've found perfect keyword , the next step you provide content article, ebook or video. You could hire someone or famous outsourcing such eleance.com to do. Please bear in mind recently google apply new update of algorithm, so make sure that your content offer valuable information. Don't never do spam ever!

Next step in to decide how you are going to monetize that keyword: your own keyword-related material, an affiliate offer, CPA, adsense, squeeze page leading to other offers?

I would go for the latter approach of hiring an article writer where you give them specific instructions of the topics to write about. If you set them up as a "contributor" on wordpress then they can save "drafts" but not publish the final articles. You also have to decide whether or not the writer will also source any photos for the article.

Then you need to CopyScape the article to check it is unique, (assuming that is important to you) and apply the the on-page SEO and internal linking perhaps using ScribeSEO plugin. You are then good to publish.

Why do you think that's such a great keyword? Do you have the resources to beat pages with a PR of 6 and 600+ quality backlinks? How long are you willing to wait for results?

Just because you have the EMD it doesn't mean the keyword is yours for the taking. You still have to create a more relevant page with more authority than the site in the #1 spot.
