Adsense Help Please Answer this experts

Me and my brother lives in the same home. We both have the adsense accounts with the same address. Is is violating the Adsense TOS?

i.e: Me and my brother have different names. I got Adsense first 2 years ago and his account accepted recently.

Please help to solve my problem

Once google approved it.... and I think there is no major problem about it...they will not approved if there are sanctions or conflicts on it...although you have different user names, no matter with the same address.

Thanks Friend really helpful answer. Ya both(Me and my brother) Adsense accounts are approved. So there will be no issue right?
