Wanted to get you guys opinions. In the past I had a site that was in the Yahoo Directory (paid submission, was adult based so that cost me $600) but the site was gravy and was making me a ton of money. I was wondering if you guys thought that Yahoo Directory Submissions ($300) are worth it for sites now? Any real weight with those listings these days? |

I've moved just about all my sites to the top w/out using Yahoo Directory. I would say save your $$$$.

This has been the usual case for me as well....I used to work specifically in adult and am recently making the dive to mainstream so that is one of the reasons I ask. | |

Never worked in that industry, have worked in almost every other niche and have always just paid for the link, there is no reason not too, and if your trying to save $300, look at other area's of your budget first.
