|  Are you using this new Adwords feature?
Google recently made a new Adwords feature available... The ability to configure ad rotation settings for conversions, rather than for clicks. What's more, you don't have to have Conversion Optimizer enabled for the campaign to optimize ad display for more conversions, as you had to in the past (which requires a certain minimum number of conversions over a recent time period, to be able to use). If Adwords conversions are important to you, you'll want to try it out. You can do so within any Campaign, under Settings > Advanced Settings > Ad Delivery section.
