Default Link Removal

Hello warriors forum ,i had a plugin malfunction where the plugin built some bad link and i would like to remove/erase them. Is there a way to remove/erase these links from my site ???

Are these links on your site, pointing elsewhere? If so, just find the link's href tag and delete it manually. If the link is on someone else's site pointing to yours, your best bet is to email that site's webmaster and explain your situation and ask him/her to take it down.

Hi Elliott,

The best way to remove your links will vary depending on exactly how that plugin works. If the links are populated from a database then there may be a way to edit the link from within the plugin. If not then you should be able to delete the links from a database table.

In the event that the links are inserted as text within the individual posts, you should be able to go in to each post and delete or fix the links.

Without knowing the exact plugin, or how it works, we can only guess. Have you tried contacting the plugin developer to see if they can help?

the link are from a translation plugin that create page for different lanages and link my site together some how. can i just delete the plugin will that do it?
