Powerpoint Duplicate Content

Do Powerpoint presentations get the same type of duplicate content penalties that normal articles, etc. receive?

For example, if I create a Powerpoint presentation and upload to Slideshare, then I use the Slideshare embed code to place the same Powerpoint presentation on my blog, will my blog post not rank well because Google considers it duplicate?
