|  Is .info sites are worthless?
In link building we are seeing more directories & bookmarking sites with .info domain extension. Is it helps in link building? I came to know most of the .info sites are same IP. It seems getting links from same class c will give a only one back link. Give me the solution for this.Thanks!

Why would most of the dot info sites be on the same IP? That's crazy. Why would being on the same IP matter anyway? Tell that to wikipedia who has every wiki they own on the same IP. As well as many other high profile sites. Directories are very, very low level, no matter what the extension is. Not sure why that would matter either. If your question is on dot infos, many rank quite well. Like prchecker.info for one. Owns the pagerank checker niche. I seriously think you need to do more research. Like the X-Files. Except .edu site and .gov site, other sites such as .com, .net or .info are with the same weight in SE's algorithm.

Definitely link building with .info, .com, or another extension is quality as long as it is a quality website. You need to get backlink from related themes only. This will help you in ranking your site in search engines. If you are good in link building, then you can get backlinks from .gov, .edu, .org sites. But it is very much hard to get a link from it as long as your site is outstanding.

No, if they have good PR then they worth more than .com domain.

.info sites are not worthless. But sites with .edu, .gov, .com etc carry more weightage than .info
