How much can I sell an Exact match TLD with 1k search/month with 1$ cpc? based on google keyword tool

I have done keyword research and I found a lot .com .net and .org EMTLD with at least minimum 1k searches per month with minimum of $1 CPC.

I also found a lot of .info too

I have already built 10 sites out of these keywords and I put adsense. I have depleted my funds right now with all the domain name purchase and hosting and need to see money coming 1st from this adsense 10 sites before I can add more sites. And also I still need to bring these site to 1st page.

Because I have many of these keywords I was thinking I would sell some of these keyword to give me more budget for investment.

My question is how much would this keyword ideas is worth? Because if its not that good that I can invest then I would rather just keep it myself and build sites slowly.

Please note I have already built 10 sites and have depleted my investment. I want to sell half of this keywords so that I can invest on the other by creating sites. Right now I need help of a fix amount of how much?

The domains itself aren't worth a lot for low-traffic terms like this. Build up revenue with them and then flip the whole site, you'll get a lot more for that.

I agree its all about getting the site ranked high get some revenue to it and then you will find out that your site is worth x 10 its monthly revenue if its consistently earning!!

They are worth how much you paid for them. Maybe someone would pay more as it is a keyword idea but other domains that will do can be found to registered.

As the others said, develop websites on them, do some ranking and then after around 6 weeks of revenue you can sell them for x10-x12 their monthly revenue.
