Hi

Is it still worth with all the recent google changes?

If I'm to do that should I spin the article or spinning it will be just a waste of time?

I want to submit to around 150 -300 directories. Around 25 a day. Should I also link to these pages or maybe pick like 10 with highest pr and only backlink to those?

I hope someone might have some answers

Unique content? yeah that's good. But what's the use of unique content if it is low quality content? Remember that having a unique content is good. But you must not forget its quality.

I outsource my content, so you are saying that 10 unique articles on 10 different directories will have more power than a one article on 100 diffrent directories?
