Is there any free program or software out there that provide the same sort of techniques that provide answers to "SEO Competition"?

Can't afford to spend $100 on the program right now, looking for different possibilities.

Macs are the greatest personal computers out there.

...unless you need to run software that is.

There's many ways to run any software on a Mac. Here are a few:

Free: Virtualbox by Sun, Bootcamp, Apple
Paid: VMWare Fusion, Parallels

I have VB and run Linux, WinXP and of course it all runs on Snow Leopard. I can run everything out there.

mac's are cool - no need to change to a crappy pc because of some software, there are plenty of seo programs that run on linux, mac and pc. if you need free unlimited version of rank tracker for a mac, the one from seo powersuite works great on macs of all sorts, even the new lion os which is a pretty cool os imho

Grab the free version of Traffic Travis V3. The SEO Analysis module will give you reasonably useful competition data.
