Bookmarking Demon tips and Tricks

Anyone have any tips and tricks for Bookmarking demon? I've been using it for a while and feel like I'm not getting the true value out of it...

find a huge list of pligg and scuttle sites. Add it in your BMD.

register to all sites. Create up to 10 accounts per bookmarking site.

if your having problems with captcha cost then simply not submit to those needing captchas.

Anyone know where I can find a step by step tutorial for BMD, I just got it and I don't know where to start... I know there's beginner mode but I don't want that, I want to set everything up properly and organized from the start. The Youtube clips are about individual aspects so there's no real step-by-step guide to follow.

There are so many options, should i just add that list or i have to choose some categories?
