I have a small portfolio of sites that I have built over the past year. These are wordpress sites on Exact Match Domains, with original content. Most are over a year old and have had 1st page rankings on Google from their inception. They all improved in the rankings after the Farmer Update, in fact some moved from the middle of page one to top rank. Today I cannot find them anywhere in the top 100 using Scroogle, and my impressions and clicks have ground to a halt. Not every site I own has been affected, some are still just fine. My best earning sites, however, are among those affected. These are established sites that have been stable in the rankings for months to over a year, so I can't see the Google dance being the issue. Anyone else notice their sites go UP in the rankings after the update, then disappear? |

Did you have all of these sites registered with Google Webmaster tools or Google Analytics?

Mine completely disappeared and I went nuts. Couldn't find them anywhere! A week later, they all reappeared. falcon |

I have a 8 month old site that went up after Farmer, stayed there for about a week then disappeared for a week, came back to stay for a week and then disappeared again for 2 weeks. It just came back 3 days ago and I am now half-expecting it to disappear again tomorrow or the day after. I notice that the results are jumping around like crazy. Give it a few days to a week, it may just comes back like many others. |
