how to promote gambling affiliate programs

Hello,

I would like to start promoting some casino gambling affiliate programs, but I was wondering how to do that.
Since most ppc traffic sources don't allow gambling ads I don't know what method I schould use for this. I want to promote an offer that requires a minimum deposit of 20$
Anybody experience with this? Advice? Suggestions?

Just recommending you to stay away from these keywords for SEO, at least the competitive terms. Some nasty stuff going on at the first page and spamming forums for backlinks is actually the whitest whitehat method in comparison to what some of these guys are doing to get and keep their rankings. Not going to say more.
