No, you can blast away. 99% of those links won't count and over time another 1-2% will get indexed, if you're lucky.

You should wait a few days and then start pinging them or backlinking them to get them indexed for the best effect.

Google will choose to index only a few. Most won't even get a blip.

But backlinks to youtube videos are not backlinks in the real
sense. Quite useless unless you are trying to pump up views.

Build links to a webpage that YOU have the video embedded, or
build links to your youtube channel.

Youtube videos are not websites. When someone clicks on a link
to go to your video on youtube, the page it is on is created just
for that moment that the visitor is going to it. It is dynamically
created. Notice the ?= in the url? Building links to your youtube
video is in effect building links to youtube.com.

So in this case, backlinks to your video on youtube would neither
hurt nor help. They are not really backlinks.

Your video is ranked by a whole bunch of other things.

Paul, I think those pages are not created on the fly, otherwise they wouldn't have a Google Cache on the video pages.

Example, http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:www.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3Dju6t-yyoU8s&hl=en&strip=1

Anchor backlinks to youtube videos help immensely. I just begun testing and blasting thousands of bl's to videos with almost instant results. So yes, they do work and help your video rank high for the keywords.

Thousands of backlinks? Do you need to drip feed the backlinking? What kind of backlinking service do you use, if you don't mind me asking.
