Download your adwords keywords?

Is there any way I can download the keywords I'm bidding on from my Adwords account? Preferably in plain text.

I need to download the keywords and change the word slightly and upload but am having great difficulty.

Lou, look up and use the adwords editor if you need to edit some stuff out and upload it back up, it is a free tool you can find just run a search in adwords.

the only other option if its not in ad groups or many ad groups may be to download a file by using the download option in the keyword tab, this looks like an arrow pointing down.

this will let you edit in a spread sheet mode per say , but to up load you will probably need to copy those keys to the clipboard then past them into the add new keywords section of the adwords campaigns / ad groups

this would be fidgety as you would need to clear the existing ones out before adding the replacements, so pause your campaign i suppose while you make the swap
