Default adsense estimated cpc, need some clarity

Hi guys.

I've found two, four word exact match .coms. Both the same search, just words in different order.

The first one has 3600 monthly searches, and only an estimated cpc of .05c

The second one has 2400 monthly searches and an estimated cpc of $2.90

I'm a bit confused here... they're both searching for the same thing, and are grammatically correct, why is the first one's cpc so much lower?

If I develop the first one, will my cpc's only be .05c?

estimate CPC or COST per click, is referring to an estimated cost if you were to advise for those keywords on adWORDS. It's not telling you how much you will get if someone clicks for adsense. In fact, you will only get a fraction of that number.

Also, just because a keyword has an estimate CPC of 0.05 does not mean you won't get money for adsense clicks. Adsense will still scan your site and post relevent ads and you will get paid something for them. Most keywords of 0.05 are long tail words that will be related to main keywords when displaying Ads and therefore will show ads that pay more than 5 cents in most cases.

I stopped worrying about trying to predict how much i'll get paid for each adsense click a while ago. I make websites that i know i can rank for and make whatever i can off them. My current average click across sites is 30 cents per click. Most people would say that's terrible, and i'm not sure why. I think it's great. Especially since it's not my main source of income from my sites.
