Bulk checking many keywords

In the past i used Market Samurai (PAINFULLY slow)..but now SEOTC is gone and it has become (almost) useless.

I have ways to scrape many keywords and longtails, 500, 1000 etc... and i need a way to check phrase/exact match SEARCH VOLUME and SEOT (allintitle: ) - all other numbers really dont interest me.

What other tools can i use there? (It must be automated, eg. no tool which requires to click on each word to get the numbers...this is impossible if i want to check, say, 1000 keywords)
