Recommended PPC step-by-step EBook?

Can anyone recommend a good step-by-step resource on PPC/Adwords? I have some organic SEO experience and knowledge, but I'd like a good beginner's guide to PPC, preferably an Ebook as opposed to a membership site that's filled with videos and such. Step-by-step kinda thing.

The first option would be to use google free resources, these in many ways are most if not all you need, but it can and does help to after using these to take on board other ebooks and guides

I will not recommend a specific guide in that many guides cover different angles and if possible buy and read them all if you wish, there is also a video series in the war room that is good and covers most things off / should you join.

The best teacher is dumping $100 into an account ( after reading the starter guides ) and seeing if you can make a $ - Treat it like learning to ride a bike, do not worry about how fast you can peddle right now but look for you technique and work on that, the speed will come with time.
