Will blogger helps in ranking keywords for a website?

I am maintaining a blog for around 2 years, with good back links in yahoo. My back link in yahoo is about 1,50,000 in yahoo in fewer days. My question is if i add a link to my website in the blogger sidebar, will there be a push in the keyword rankings in any search engines. Now my keywords are in 2nd page in Google.

Whether to add keywords for the website in my blog will helps in pushing my website to the 1st page in Google.

Yes, it is a Web 2.0 site, and it would be a very helpful link to your site.

Your blogger has good traffic? Your blogger has high PageRank? If so, add it.
P.s. 150,000 backlinks should have given your site a good keyword ranking, unless you are in a high competitive niche.

Web 2.0 properties do help your main website. But just be careful using bloggers because they can shut you down anytime they want without a warning. The cool thing about bloggers is that they are free and they rank well. But the drawback is that they own all your posts. So if they shut you down there is a high chance that you will not get your blog back. But it seems that you've been maintaining it for 2 years so your doing everything right.
