I.e. does every keyword have to be on the front page of your webpage for it to get picked up in google for that specific keyword? or does it only have to be somewhere in the website for it to show up if the person were searching in google?

Google ranks pages rather than websites. So the keywords you have on a page will then reflect towards that page ranking in google. If you have a set of keywords on another page, they will reflect towards that page ranking in google. I hope that helps. |

The whole point of the article is to rank for a specific keyword(s) so yes you have to do SEO on that article. Which doesn't take any time at all. Me personally, super basic seo? kw at the beginning of the title tag, in the meta tags, twice in the first paragraph, once in the second and then just use it naturally after that. use the kw in your links in and out from that page too. |
