|  Market Samurai Rank tracker issues?
In market samurai one of my keywords is showing up as position number 1. But if I go into private browsing, then search google.com for my keyword it is only show at position 4. So which one do I believe? As I was wanting to do more back linking to get it from 4 up to 1. But then I check in MS and it is saying it's at number 1. What gives? |

Hi, You need to make sure you aren't logged into any google account before running the rank checker. Open browsers and go to google, make sure it says sign in over on the right side. Also if you've done some keyword research with MS before checking Rank Checker it may have signed you into Google. Craig |

Ive experienced the same with TrafficTravis, Market Samurai and Google Monitor all showing similar but different ranking results for my KW! Which am i to believe! I cant keep checking google itself for all of my pages/KW's!

Depends to a large degree on the data centre accessed. So if you're in say Australia and search on a kw, then change to US location (use FF addon "Google Global" if you haven't got VPN's), you'll generally get different results. Quote:
