Question about pinging.

Wanted to make sure that I don't get penalized but is this method safe?

Each day I would ping my list of backlinks (~400+) once a day with mass pingers and as I continue to add more backlinks each day, same ones and new ones will get pinged. Is this too frequent or is it fine to do it once a day?

I have been doing this everyday for the past several months. It's work fine with my sites.. I think you will be safe.
