Who is the best at finding keyword phrases? Market Samurai, Micro Niche Finder, Adwords keyword tool, Traffic Travis. All reccomend 3 or more word phrases, 50% plus commercial intent, 1500 plus exact Local US searches, keyword in URL, max 30,000 competition. But very hard to meet this criteria for adsense sites! What is the Best method? Who writes the BEST ebook on the subject of finding GOLD Keywords? Can anybody consistently meet and beat these targets? Or is it unachieveable??? |

| KateD is particularly good. Quote:
To me, that isn't a relevant parameter at all. Whenever I target a keyword, I have only about 5 competitors, really, and those are the top 5 on the first page of Google's SERP's. I don't care if they're followed by 9,995 others or 9,999,995 others. Which would you rather compete with: a keyword with 10,000 "competing sites" of which the whole of the first page comprises authority sites each with thousands of backlinks from other authority sites, or a keyword with 10,000,000 "competing sites" of which most of the first page comprises "nothing special at all" and includes article directory articles?! ![]() As with so many aspects of internet marketing, a quantitative approach can be desperately misguided and misleading. What matters is quality (in this case, the SEO-quality of the first few SERP's listings). | |
