|  Links getting indexed but not on Traffic Travis
Why aren't all of these links that I am getting indexed showing up for Traffic Travis/Yahoo Page Links. I clearly see several hundred of my links indexed when I search my URL but why don't they show up as backlinks in Traffic Travis? I've figured out they use Yahoo Page Links for that, so why don't they show up there?  |

It's best not to get too obsesses about the number of you links showing on things like traffic travis or yahoo site explorer cos it's gonna be massively off target. One of my sites has thousands of links to it but yahoo site explorer only shows it as having 16! At the end of the day the only thing that matters and effects you directly is your ranking, not the number of links showing up somewhere.

I have wondered the same thing and realized that each tool shows different links. I gave up! I try to check once a month or less. And the reason I check is to see if anything really good with high PR linked and I need to link again! I used to try and check every day! LOL

It's because none of all backlinks checker tools are accurate. It will only give you the estimated number of backlinks based on their computations.  |

I agree. I just checked a KW I rank number 1 with, and I know for a fact I have 10 .edu bank links, but Traffic Travis is not showing any. I use Traffic Travis for my KW research and now I'm worries other competitors edu back links are also not showing.... |

Of course those backlink vary from tool to tool. It is not all about your own backlinks either it is about estimating competition so you have an idea of what kind of work you need to do to beat them. But for now my TT backlinks have all dissapeared what happened? Did YSE go down? |
