Default Question Regarding RSS Feed Submission

I just went to a site called http://www.links2rss.com and placed 20 links in the tab to be converted into an RSS feed.
This was the result on the following page:
Results:

Feed 1
Feed 2
NOTE: All feeds will be deleted from the server within 24 hours!

Please right click and choose 'Save Link As..' to save the RSS files for uploading to your own website.

Do I go to sites like Feedage and RSS Mountain and submit the feeds there or do I do as the directions indicate:
Please right click and choose 'Save Link As..' to save the RSS files for uploading to your own website.

? I have never done this step before.

Default Re: Question Regarding RSS Feed Submission

Save the xml file to your site.
Then grab the url of where you saved them to: e.g. yoursite.com/feeds/361010771.xml
Then submit that url on the feedage site
You can also take multiple feeds and go to sites like RSS Mix - Mix any number of RSS feeds into one unique new feed! or do it on the feedage site (RSS Blender) and create new combined feeds out of existing feeds.
