Market Samurai made more announcements yesterday looks like they have some more battles

Market Samurai have removed the OCI for good now looks like they are having quite some difficulties down there in the labs, but looks like you cant take the fight out the old dogs yet because they are talking of new and improved features as well.

I for one think they will get back to how they were when I was reading about them just months ago, I only purchased Market Samurai one week ago but love the GUI and all the effort they have put into this fantastic SEO tool, so I will not give up on them just yet because I honestly think they are going to come back twice as strong.

I for myself have had only very bad experience with MS these days. Keyword research is not working at all but instead of telling the customer before (through email, within the tool or so) they let me do a big run (took 15 minutes) just to return absolutely zero result. I went to their website and read that there is a problem.

Also the performance is so way substandard by now that it really pisses me off. The idea (and performance) once was good but they have to put very much effort if they want to where they once were.

From my point of view I would definitely say: Don't invest right now. I would recommend waiting and see what happens. Unfortunately I don't have another tool with this functionality (although not really usable at the moment). Again, these guys piss me off at the moment because support could be soooo much better...

Great service but the software is a mess currently.

Hope they get it worked out, but honestly there are other more expensive tools I'm enjoying more than waiting for MS to clear out the bugs...

Market Samurai is an excellent tool. I have only used the trial version but I will be thinking of purchasing it sometime in the future. It's one of the most powerfull SEO tools I have used.

I seriously doubt that you have used it in depth these days. It is unbelievable slow (e. g. rank checking 500 kws takes up to 20 minutes, keyword research not working at all)...

I mean, in the end: You get what you pay for. What makes me really angry is the fact that support is not-existent and they however still charge a pretty high price. For this price there's actually no alternative. However I will switch over to other tools more and more as I am not willing to accept this behaviour any longer. I just can warn anyone to purchase this tool right now because you will be extremely disappointed.

how about keyword research done by a human and is more accurate. with tips and advice included in the service?

Yes, indeed! Only if it works properly. Current it is in mess. Check if it okay before you buy it.

MS is pretty slow right now. I think they have their plate full with some various bugs. I'm sure they'll work it out soon.

In the meantime, CraigRC...care to share those other tools you're using?

That is why I was never really into KW research tools. Sometimes you spend more time fighting with them than using them and end up getting less work done because of it.
