Chicagorealestate.com is the best because its an Exact match domain also.

So if you put some SEO on it then it will outrank most of the other sites with tons of SEO simply because the keyword is an exact match.

In the same case if we add second most targeted keyword , than what would be the opinion for SEO friendship with domain (:
For Example :
chicagorealestatelistings.com
Would it cover both keywords ?
chicago real estate & chicago real estate listings ?

I had a few domains with dashes, and found them harder to get good rankings for. If you can, avoid using dashes.

There IS a difference in SEO power between an EXACT domain match and a domain containing the keywords. In other words, if you are trying to rank for "chicago real estate", a domain like chicagorealestatelistings.com won't be quite as effective as "chicagorealestate.com" (again, assuming everything else is equal).

Keep in mind, though, that an exact keyword domain is just one piece of ther puzzle, and won't make or break you if all the other SEO considerations are in place. If you optimized the site and did the necessary SEO, you can rank above someone with an exact match domain name, even if your domain was "gnjutdsebytdcki.com" or any other domain :-)

My current stats are all telling me that every time I use hyphens in the domain name, it suffers as a result.

There was once a time when the hyphens actually helped. Then it got overused to death by the black headwear crowd. Now it tends to devalue a site in Google's eyes, at least.
