Hello all. I found out this morning when fooling around with adwords, that when i went to sumbit an ad promoting an Amazon product (direct linking), the Ad could not be submitted to the AdWords review team because Google have prohibited the ad due to 'unacceptable business practices'? I have looked at various places to find this information, I wonder have Google changed the policy regarding Affiliates and could anyone give me any information on this? Thank you all for your time. Yes, Amazon made a rule that you cannot direct link to their products about a year (or so) ago. Lee |

Could be, but you don't want to do it anyway since Amazon will not pay commissions based on traffic from PPC - they made this change nearly a year ago. If you use PPC, you must send traffic to an intermediate landing page that then has links off to Amazon. Jeff |
