Are you Successful?

Hello everyone,
Firstly I am new here and would like to say hi, I heard about this forum from the weberforum website.
There seems to be a lot of great questions and answers here and I have a quick question (or 2) myself.
I am interested in setting up a few niche sites, and would like to know if anyone out there makes either a part time or full time income? I know setting up and running these sites takes hard work,a lot of time and dedication, but would love to know. Is all the effort worth it?

If there is one thing that is worth adding to this, I'd have to say to pick one business model and stick to that. Don't jump from one opportunity to the next. That only leaves you spinning your wheels forever, getting nowhere fast!

I run a number of my own niche sites. If you find a profitable niche and are willing to put in the initial effort and put in the work then you can definitely make a significant income that will continue to grow.

I understand that the learning curve at the beginning is steep.
To be honest I am hoping to make a part time income, but only working part time hours. Can this be done? I guess what I am trying to say, is it worth all the effort creating all these niche sites, time versus effort?

For me, it is definitely worth the effort. It started off as a hobby while I was still at school as way of earning some extra pocket money. It was only after my profits began to increase that I began to work full-time. It is as simple as the more you put in, the more you get out.

After reading many different posts on this forum, I was wondering can someone please show me the ropes to these different models? I am currently trying the adsense model, but I must not be doing something exactly right. If there is someone that would please take the time to show me a lil about the internet marketing stuff I would appreciate it so much...
