I just need someone reliable with experience to be able to log on to my clients websites, re-arrange some meta tags and keywords, re-write some content, create and submit a sitemap etc.

Im willing to pay up front for this.

Well, I know how to build pretty much perfect website for keywords but don't know much about off page stuff. And actually I am working with wordpress to make my job quicker. Can you give me more details about the job you have? Reward for job, the content type and way the website is built? Raw HTML or through some content management system like wordpress?
