Default Bolding Keywords After The Google Algo Change

This question has been asked in another thread, but it was before the Google algo change. How many times do you bold your keywords in a page/post?

I have read that since the algo change, you should bold your keywords at least once per paragraph. That seems a bit overkill to me. What do you guys think?

I dont think you need to worry about bolding your keywords if you have your keyword in the title, url and content. Google will easily be able to figure out you are targeting a certain keyword. If you want to, bold the keyword in the first paragraph, but I wouldnt worry about it.

Interesting question. I am curious as to how the bold words are figured into the new algo. I tend to bold one and no more. But that was my method before the new alog and I have not seen anything kind of feedback on this with the new update. I hope there are others that might have a little more feedback. But might need to be tested out a tad.

Formerly the html element <strong> was a signal for search engines, but was so widely overused that it is no longer. I don't think bolding a keyword has ever made a difference.

i make it a point to bold my keyword in the first paragraph of my content although I not sure if it is working but I do rank high in google...of course I did alot of backlinking too. Maybe it will play a small little part in the overall seo
