Using Blog Blueprint to hyperlink to other Blog Blueprint posts

I'm doing pretty well using Blog Blueprint. I first used their service March 19th, and as of now I am on #37 and #30 of the two main keywords I'm trying to rank #1 for. I think that's pretty good since I used the service inconsistently until the beginning of this week.

Has anyone who has used this service linked to the url of one of their Blog Blueprint posts instead of to their niche site? Has this made a significant difference? I'm also considering using the url to a couple of wordpress and blogger blogs I have created for my niche.
