Anyone have any experience with Rank Builder 2.0? Is it worth the time or money?

I was impressed with what I heard about the new version of Rankbuilder 2.0 that just came out on the SAME DAY as SeNukeX (poor choice of days to launch) LOL.
Has anyone looked into this new version of Rankbuilder, and if so how does it compare to SEnukeX or xrumer? Is it more effective at getting you on page 1 of google and keeping you their -- it's $67 per month which is alot cheaper than the competition!

Thanks milla04 -- I'll track down that thread and review the review.

I too believe that RB2.0 is more than up to the task -- it may be better purely on the issue of quality backlinks! SEnukeX, I understand is a little weak purely on # of quality backlinks.

Just what I've heard.

I posted this on another discussion and have recopied here as I don't know how to link back to the other thread.

Well,
spent the afternoon working with a friend on setting up and running through Rank builder 2.0. We spent a total of 9 hours with the two of us working with practically no break.

He has a lap top and a desktop computer, first problem, can only log one computer, not two. So the program will only work on his lap top, since that was the first one he initialized. We hooked up an extra monitor to give some space to work.

The link builder Program - about 2 hours watching video and meticulously setting it up. Not easy, very time consuming. We ran through two test cases in the initial phase and saved profile. We also set up our IE as recommended, this is noted in the help section and not in the set up profiles.

Initially we thought it was going smoothly. Went through all the steps. Then we had a firewall problem with Avast and no verification on the automated email program. We have it disabled.

Went through the sites and did the decaptcher by hand. A bit of a pain. Can do it on through a service. Configuring the link wheel by hand for all the offered sites was also very time consuming. Same as if you did it the old fashioned way. It did get stuck on pages about 10% of the time.

Looked at spinning article too, same as other soft ware I have used.

Rss feed # was 10 on their link booster.

Did produce a page of links to put into pinger. When we went to reload the profile---nothing recorded. We saved at the end but nothing there when re opened.

Start over.

Profile Link Builder
very glitchy saved profile went through 15 sites on the list
Checked everything to make sure it is perfect

Description and website did not show on any of the sites.
so we saved and then checked results, and links to send through the pingler and no results.
Reconfigured another group of 15 and of course had to manual decapcha and went back and checked them and again..... no link, no website no description.
We thought maybe our BBC code was incorrect in the description so we saved and did it again for 15 more sites and the same result, no link, no website and no description.

Quite exhausted with minimal results. I have used a few tools before and have never run into this many problems. As it stands, I could not recommend this soft ware.

Will work with it again on Monday and see what happens

1. How many forums are there in the software that I can create profile links?

2. During the creation of forum profile links, do I need to solve any captcha (provided that I DO NOT WANT to pay for any decaptcher service)?

this may be of help
  • 49 Web 2.0 Sites
  • 30 Article Directories
  • 10 RSS Directories
  • 30 Social Bookmarking Sites
  • 21 Press Release Sites
  • 6 Video Submission sites
  • 1000 forum profile
Also when it comes to capthchers you have 2 options, 1. enter the capthers in yourself, it is time consuming i know as i have done this myself. 2. pay for it, as simple as that.

Hope this helps

This rank Builder sound a lot like Auto Traffic Buddy. Very in depth with great tutorials but you need a University degree to run it and the patience of Job. Not the kind of back link building software that you can farm out to a VA. In short a big pain. Try Intellysite backlinker also available on WF if you want to do the same thing and still come out smiling at the end of the day.
