Is This Website In Google AdSense TOS Violation?

First please read the following. I am sure this latest information will be useful to some and refresh memory for most:

AdSense policies: A Beginner's Guide
Best Practices For Laying Out Your Site And Your Ads
Formatting Content To Mimic Ads
Placing Ads Under A Misleading Heading
Encouraging Accidental Clicks

Now take a look at this webpage of authority website with high-quality information. I like this website and especially its ads and content layout, but it seems to me it may be in violation of the following:

Formatting Content To Mimic Ads
Placing Ads Under A Misleading Heading

Also take a look at this screenshot taken from AdSense policies: A Beginner's Guide, section "Content Guidelines":

Does that mean duplicate/syndicated content is in violation of AdSense TOS?

They are doing some questionable practices. blending in your ads to your content is ok but they have them to trick the user under the revelant topic section and they have really then content. I would avoid what they are doing.

They are a google premium publisher. The get perks and lots of em.
If only we could be so lucky.

Yeah these premium publishers get to format their ads to blend in even better and get even more clicks. Think eHow, Squidoo, EZA and the like. They all get custom looking Adsense ads.

that does make sense. I was wondering how the changed the font of their ads. Wise geek is pretty popular.

but I still wouldnt trick the user. they have revelant topic section with ads right next too it. too me that is questionable.

wiseGEEK changed its template. I wonder if Panda was the reason. Actually i liked old design more.
