Teach me, what is outrankable?

Can someone make a program where you explain the strengt of a domain, lets say you compare and teach what is valuable, pr, DA, url etc.

Sometimes i get unsure of what is strong and what is easy to outrank!
Does anyone now of a good program?

All else equal,

older domains rank higher than newer ones

domains with a keyword in the URL rank higher than those without

domains with more backlinks rank higher (but you must consider the anchor text, as well as the pages the link comes from and goes to)

Pages that have more instances of a keyword rank higher than pages with less

These are just a few examples, but you get the idea.
