Hello Fellows, We are doing a small research regarding the interest of people towards social bookmarking of their website(s). Your opinions may help us introduce something new soon. Have you been looking for a cheap social bookmarking service and do you prefer to do it for your website(s)? if yes, How often? Thanks in advance. |

Hey I use Social Bookmarking moderately for my websites. I mostly use automated web services like Onlywire, SocialAdr etc to bookmark my webpages. Karan |

I like how hands on social marker is and the fact that I can see the results, but it is too slow and signing up for the accounts...who has the time for that? What is missing is a social bookmarking service that isn't as buggy as onlywire and provides reports with links to the bookmark URLs so that people can get some tangibility to the service. You could offer a service to auto-signup for all the accounts for a small charge or for an email opt-in, or maybe even complimentary for becoming a monthly paying member. Finally, some randomization elements would be great - doesn't need to be as intense as bookmarking demon, but just some added value to help differentiate and position your service in the social bookmarking automation market. | |

I've never been able to see the point of "bookmarking" as a marketing tool. I think it is the product of the transition from the old Google-dominated "link-building" days to the now current Facebook-dominated "like-getting" social media era. Many internet marketers are still fixated on link building as a way to generate traffic. We can blame this fixation on Google. And even they don't seem to like it all that much.
