Can You Change The Title To A Existing Video For SEO

I've got a couple of videos that are going viral & I didn't optimize
them for a particular keyword for SEO can I change the title the
video to target a keyword.

If they are going viral why would you want to change them. People may be searching for them based on their current title.

Most of the views are coming from YouTube search which are about 700 a day
from one tag.

I did not do any online promotion like bookmarking or pinging the rss feed
& I've got some vary good keywords that I think would really help bring
in a lot more views.

Should I just add the new keywords to the tags our maybe keep the original title
and add the new keywords at the end of the title.

If you are not sure about the result of changing title, i suggest you to add some keywords as tags to this video. In this case you get the same result when people search for your desired tags.
