Checking approx google position rank before domain buy?

Hi guys,

Is there any tool out there that can calculate where a domain name would rank approx if it were indexed in google? This of course without the calculations of backlinks etc

for example:

Before I buy the domain freePizza dot com I want to see what my chances are to get it on google first page by users searching for "free pizza"

I think you would get on the first page from the first indexing. Because you have a .com domain and you have the exact keywords.

Having freepizza.com as domain will increase drastically your chance in ranking for the search term free pizza because one of the essential ranking factor is keyword in domain name. After that you will need a bit SEO and some goods links pointing back to your site. Do not hesitate in buying exact keyword domains.
