Any body know what is Reverse SEO, is it mean to lose page rank or Keyword ranking? is it cause by duplicate content writing? please give me some info i m collecting all info regarding seo.

I think its analyzing the pages of your competitors and making your pages according to them and also making backlinks for your website using the backlinks of that websites.

What you are thinking about is reverse engineering SEO.

This is the art of analyzing your competition to find out where they are building links and speculating on why they are ranking where they are.

You can then get backlinks from the same place that they have and improve your rankings.

Spot on. It's the foundation of my SEO and is extremely powerful if you do it correctly. Basically you are taking all the good links, seo values of your competition and applying them to your site. Kinda like you are taking the best super powers from all the super heroes and applying them to yourself

Reverse seo is useless. Do you think Google accurately lists the backlinks that are producing the juice for the ranking? IF so, why would they ever do that?

Reverse SEO is done purposely and a Search Engine Strategy that manipulate not the ranking but giving your product or site a bad reputation for online market.It is not created for the purpose of decreasing your keywords or page rank but targeting your online market to boycott your product/s.It is not due to content duplication but to the content of the content itself.

I think reverse SEO reflect to the company's product/sales most especially when market is looking for good product to buy and would opt to dig deeper to the reputation of the product hence Reverse SEO is something a company wouldn't want to encounter especially when their product is profound online and revenue share from online market is the highest.

I remember a cosmetic brand which revenue from online decrease for more than a half because of this strategy. And no doubt it affect company's revenue.

The disadvantage of Reverse SEO for Google ranking is still debatable and I don't think search engines would base their ranking system on something that can be manipulated that easy.

Yes, it's when you take a look at another website and see what they are doing to rank. I use Market Samurai to do this, as it lets you see which backlinks a site has, and more importantly what page rank those links are. This lets me go after the high PR ones as well.

Its simply using SEO on new or existing content to push negative press lower in the search results.
