Hey, quick question. How important is the header title for a post that appears at the top of your browser. For example, I used to only use the post title, now I use post title - site name. Does it make a big difference. For example on my site an old post would be Inception Review, but a new post would have Inception Review - We Got This Covered. Which is better and why? I've only started using the new format recently, none of my older posts have it. Is that bad? |

If your looking to target traffic for the keywords you want as little as possible other keywords in there. More words means less juice powering each keyword. So just use the exact words in the header which you want to target. I assume you are talking about the Heading 1 rather than the Meta Title? The same also applies for the Meta title although you need to think about click through rates from Google from people looking at your title - it needs to be informative and enticing so the user knows they are getting exactly what they looked for.

Title tag is really important and i suggest you to choose your title exactly as you want without adding keywords to it. For example if its about reviewing a product, you can insert review word at the start or end of it but its not about reviewing, using it is useless.

I think it is very important. If you type in any search in google with a decent amount of results you will see that the top sites all have the keyword in the header title. It will also improve click through rates if you are ranking well as it suggests that your page has content that the user is searching for |

Suppose if any one search Apple.if, in your website title is Apple+domain name. You have a big chance to boost up. |
