Have you ever been sandboxed? and what did you do?

There is nothing you can do except for building more backlinks to your site at a slow steady rate and make sure you build them so they look natural.
sandboxing is completely normal and many new sites go through this for a while until they can be trusted by Google,I have a site that is 6 months old and usually sits on page to for it's main keyword but every few weeks it gets shot down to page 56.
But then again I do nothing to the site so this is expected.

What i mean when i say sandboxed is deindexed so your site does not appear on google anymore. I thought that was called sandboxed?

DeIndexed is a different thing,sandboxed means that your site is appearing one day on google and all of a sudden it's gone,not deindexed but pushed way back into the search results.
As for your case what would be the reason why google deindexed you.
